IDENTIFY PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF THE DATA AND TO CHANGES IN THE INSTRUMENTS AND THE SPACECRAFT MAGNETIC FIELDS, ADN AID IN SOLVING THESE PROBLEMS.
