DATA POINTS RECEIVED FROM THIS SURVEY ARE TO BE USED FOR FSA PERFORMANCE METRICS THAT ARE INCLUDED IN THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ANNUAL REPORT. THE SECOND IS A WEB-BASED SURVEY OF BORROWERS THAT ARE ABOUT TO ENTER (OR HAVE RECENTLY ENTERED) INTO REPAYMENT. DATA POINTS FROM THIS SURVEY WILL BE USED TO MEASURE SATISFACTION WITH EXIT COUNSELING PROCEDURES AND MEASURE BORROWER CONFIDENCE IN THEIR PREPAREDNESS FOR ENTERING INTO THE LAST (AND USUALLY LONGEST) PHASE OF BORROWING. THE THIRD IS A WEB-BASED SURVEY OF STUDENTS WHO PREVIOUSLY RESPONDED TO A FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID (FAFSA) SURVEY AND ARE CURRENTLY ATTENDING SCHOOL. THIS SURVEY S STRATEGY ALIGNS WITH FSA S PUSH FOR AN INTEGRATED STUDENT EXPERIENCE (ISE).
