THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO CHANGE THE FOLLOWING: (A) PROVIDE FUNDING UNDER CLIN 0001, THE BASE PHASE OF THE SUBJECT CONTRACT (SBIRS PHASE III) IN THE AMOUNT OF $364,132, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNMENT'S APPROVAL OF CRISIS SIMULATIONS INTERNATIONAL, LLC'S (CSI'S) SUBMITTAL OF A REQUEST FOR EQUITABLE ADJUSTMENT DATED MAY 28, 2012; AND (B) PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTIONS TO SECTION I/CONTRACT CLAUSES.
