ACQUISITION SUPPORT TO OASA (IE&E) - MODIFICATION TO CHANGE CONTRACT FROM TIME AND MATERIAL TO FIXED PRICE. OPTIONS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO EXTEND CONTRACT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ACQUISITION AND PROCUREMENT SUPPORT SERVICES WHICH INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT, ACQUISITION PLANNING, COST AND PRICE ANALYSIS, AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION TO FACILITATE PRE-AWARD AND POST-AWARD CONTRACT COMPLIANCE WITH PERTINENT FEDERAL AND U.S. ARMY AND OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE ARMY FOR INSTALLATIONS&ENVIRONMENT (OASA-I&E) POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
