    IGF::OT::IGF OTHER FUNCTIONS - THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DESIGN, FABRICATE, INSTALL AND FLIGHT TEST RVSM REQUIRED EQUIPMENT, PROVIDE COPIES OF APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION, SECURE APPROVAL OF THE SPECIFIC MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AIRCRAFT FROM A FAA DESIGNATED ENGINEERING REPRESENTATIVE (DER), AND DEMONSTRATE SUCCESSFUL FUNCTIONAL OPERABILITY OF THE MODIFICATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO PROVIDE FLIGHT AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL SUPPLEMENTS. THIS STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) CONSISTS OF FOUR CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBERS (CLINS) AS LISTED BELOW. IF THIS EFFORT RESULTS IN MORE THAN ONE CONTRACT OR PARTIAL CONTRACTS BEING AWARDED, COORDINATION AMONG ALL CONTACTORS SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR WHICH THE CLIN 001 CONTRACTOR SHALL BE THE POC FOR COORDINATING SCHEDULES IF NEEDED. THE OVERALL PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE FOR ALL CLINS IS CONTRACT AWARD THROUGH NOVEMBER 15, 2012. EACH CLIN IDENTIFIES A PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, WHICH SHALL BE COORDINATED AMONG CONTRACTOR(S) AS NEEDED TO MEET THE OVERALL END DATE AND AIRCRAFT RETURN DATE. UPON AWARD, THE LARC AIRCRAFT WILL BE FLOWN TO THE CLIN 001 FACILITY CONTRACTOR. AFTER THAT WORK IS COMPLETED, THE PLANE WILL BE FLOWN TO THE NEXT CONTRACTOR BY NASA OR NASA DESIGNATED PERSONNEL, IF NOT AWARDED IN AGGREGATE TO ONE CONTRACTOR. HENCE, THE REQUIREMENT FOR SCHEDULING SHALL BE REQUIRED.
