PHASE II ASBESTOS INSPECTION. THEREFORE, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE LABOR, EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL AND SUPERVISION TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE PHASE II ASBESTOS STUDY: CHECK THE EXISTING DATA AND/OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE PHASE-II ASBESTOS INSPECTION CONTRACTOR AND SUBSEQUENT AUDIT REPORT AND VERIFY IF IT IS ACCURATE AND USABLE; PERFORM A VISUAL RE-INSPECTION OF 50 ROOMS RANDOMLY SELECTED FROM THE PHASE-II ASBESTOS INSPECTION TO DETERMINE THE RELIABILITY AND ACCURACY OF THE DATA AND/OR INFORMATION FOR ASSESSING THE PRESENCE, TYPE AND QUANTITY OF ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS IN EACH ROOM, SPACE AND/OR HALLWAY AS THE CASE MAY BE. CONTRACTOR SHALL CHECK WITH THE LABORATORIES USED PREVIOUSLY TO DETERMINE IF THEY HAVE SAVED ANY PART OF THE SAMPLES TAKEN FOR THE PHASE II STUDY FOR TEM ANALYSIS; CHECK THE EXISTING DATA AND/OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE PHASE-II ASBESTOS INSPECTION CONTRACTOR TO DETERMINE IF IT IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE AND CAN BE EFFECTIVELY UPLOADED AND SEARCHED. IF NOT, THE CORRECT DATA WILL BE ENTERED, SHOWING THE ACCURATE AND COMPLETE DATA AND/OR INFORMATION IN THE FORMAT ATTACHED, SHOWN AS AN EXAMPLE AND WORK WITH THE COTR AND GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVE IN INFORMATION AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TO UPLOAD TO ARCHIBUS. THE EXISTING RECORD OF PHASE-II WORK IN HARD COPY AND/OR ARCHIBUS DATA PERFORMED BY PHASE-II CONTRACTOR SHALL BE PROVIDED AS SOON AS REQUESTED BY THE CONTRACTOR; PROVIDE A WRITTEN REPORT THAT ASSESSES THE FINDINGS OF ITEMS 1, 2, AND 3 ABOVE. IF THE FINDINGS INCLUDE DEFICIENCIES IN THE DATA. PROPOSE A SCOPE OF WORK TO REMEDY THE DEFICIENCIES. THREE COPIES OF THE REPORT SHALL BE DELIVERED IN HARD-BOUND FORM AND ELECTRONIC VERSIONS.
