VENDOR SHALL PROVIDE: SERVICES TO ERECT AN ACCESS TOWER FROM PIER TO FLIGHT DECK OF USCGC STRATTON ON THE EAST SIDE OF BROADWAY PIER, BALTIMORE, MD. ACCESS TOWER TO BE USED BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC INCLUDING CHILDREN AND SENIORS CITIZENS TO EGRESS THE FLIGHT DECK OF THE CGC STRATTON. TOWER SHALL BE 7'W X 21'H X 40'L WITH 2 GANGWAYS WITH HAND RAILS TO THE FLIGHT DECK. PLYWOOD SHALL BE PLACED ON THE FLIGHT DECK TO PROTECT THE COATING OF THE DECK. PROTECTIVE BLOCKING SHALL ALSO BE UTILIZED TO PLACE LEGS ON THE PIER. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL CRANE SERVICES TO INSTALL&REMOVAL OF THE TOWER AND BROWS. WORK IS TO BE COMPLETED BY 11:00AM ON 11/01/11 AND TO BE ROMOVED FROM THE PIER BY 06:00AM 11/04/11.
