THE CONTRACT NUMBER IN 10A ABOVE, TO DESIGN AND DEVELOP THE "HOW THINGS FLY" WEBSITE, IS HEREBY MODIFIED TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT FOR DELIVERY OF THE FINAL FILES; SUPPORT DURING THE MAINTENANCE PERIOD; AND TO PERFORM AND DELIVER ADDITIONAL WORK WITHIN THE SCOPE OF WORK. 1. EXTENSION OF TERM TO ACCOMMODATE DELIVERY OF THE FINAL FILES; SUPPORT DURING THE MAINTENANCE PERIOD, AND TO PERFORM THE ADDITIONAL WORK WITHIN THE SCOPE OF WORK AS SET FORTH HEREIN, THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT IS HEREBY EXTENDED FROM JULY 31, 2011 TO MARCH 31, 2012. 2. ADDITIONAL WORK WITHIN THE SCOPE OF WORK THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL THE SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES TO: A) APPLY THE "UNDER 13" FUNCTIONALITY TO "DISTANCE CHALLENGE AND PAPER AIRPLANE AS SET FORTH IN THE PRIVACY GUIDANCE CONCERNING NASM'S "HOW THINGS FLY" WEBSITE DATED OCTOBER 24, 2011 THAT MEMORIALIZES PRIOR PHONE CONVERSATION REQUESTS TO APPLY THE "UNDER 13" FUNCTIONALITY TO "DISTANCE CHALLENGE AND PAPER AIRPLANE;" AND B) REVISE THE "FORCES OF FLIGHT ACTIVITY" AS SET FORTH IN THE SMITHSONIAN'S REQUEST FOR THE ADDITIONAL WORK VIA AN ELECTRONIC MAIL DATED OCTOBER 14, 2011 (BOTH DOCUMENTS COLLECTIVELY REFERENCED HEREIN AS THE "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL"), AND CONTRACTOR'S CHANGE ORDER FOR SMITHSONIAN NATIONAL AIR&SPACE MUSEUM DATED OCTOBER 21, 2011 ("CONTRACTOR'S PROPOSAL"). 3. CONTRACT FUNDING THE TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE IS INCREASED BY THE TOTAL FIRM-FIXED PRICE OF $3,525.00 FROM $100,050.00 TO $103,575.00 BROKEN OUT AS FOLLOWS: APPLICATION OF UNDER 13 FUNCTIONALITY $2,650.00 REVISED FORCES OF FLIGHT ACTIVITY $875.00 TOTAL $3,525.00 THE FIRM, FIXED PRICE FOR ALL OF THE SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE ADDITIONAL WORK SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, ALL DIRECT LABOR, MATERIALS, AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS (I.E. COMMUNICATION, REPRODUCTION, ETC.) AS WELL AS ALL INDIRECT COSTS (OVERHEAD AND G&A EXPENSES), TRAVEL AND PER DIEM, COMMUNICATION, DELIVERY, SUBCONTRACTOR COSTS, COMMISSIONS, AND ANY OTHER PROFIT AND EXPENSES FOR WHICH THE CONTRACTOR EXPECTS PAYMENT. 4. ATTACHMENTS THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART OF THIS MODIFICATION #1. A. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL B. CONTRACTOR'S PROPOSAL 5.
