UPGRADE EXISTING MDP MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER AND EXISTING ELECTRICAL ROOM DOORS. PROVIDE ALL ENGINEERING, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, LABOR, ETC. TO ACCOMPLISH THE SCOPE OF WORK. ALL WORK SHALL BE SHOWN ON AS-BUILT DRAWINGS. SCOPE REVISIONS ITEM 1 - DELETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ACCESS ROAD FROM THE CONTRACT. ITEM 2 - DELETE ALL SIDEWALKS FROM THE CONTRACT. ITEM 3 - DELETE ALL TOPSOIL AND GRASS SEEDING FROM THE CONTRACT. ITEM 4 - ADD NFS FILL GRADE AND COMPACT TO 95% TO THE FINAL GRADE ELEVATIONS AROUND THE NEW ADDITION. MAINTAIN THE 2% SLOPE AWAY FROM THE BUILDING. ADDITIONAL SCOPE REVISIONS ITEM 1 - DELETE THE MAINTENANCE ROOM, ROOM 105, TO INCLUDE ALL WALLS, GYPSUM WALL BOARD (GWB), INSULATION, FRAMING, DOOR, CABINET UNIT HEATER, THERMOSTAT, SUPPLY AIR WITH ALL ASSOCIATED DUCT WORK, 3 ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND ASSOCIATED WIRING AND MATERIALS, EMERGENCY LIGHT, 2 COMMUNICATION OUTLETS AND CAT6 CABLE ASSOCIATED, 5 PENDULUM LIGHTS, SWITCHES, AND ALL LIFE SAFETY EQUIPMENT/MATERIALS THAT WOULD HAVE ONLY PROTECTED THAT ROOM AND WITHOUT VIOLATING CODE. ADD 1-2 BAY LIGHTS TO MATCH DESIGN AND ENSURE PROPER COVERAGE OF LUMENS. RELOCATE ALL HVAC/ELECTRICAL CONTROLS FOR THE BAY TO A LOCATION THAT WOULD BEST ACCOMMODATE THE SYSTEM. ADD NECESSARY LIFE SAFETY EQUIPMENT TO INSURE ADEQUATE COVERAGE AS PER SPECIFIED CODES. ITEM 2 - DELETE THE SOUTH WALL TO INCLUDE ALL FRAMING, INSULATION, GYPSUM WALL BOARD. SURFACE MOUNT ALL DETAILED ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND COMMUNICATION PORTS TO THE EXISTING SOUTH WALL. ENSURE GAPS BETWEEN THE EXISTING BUILDING AND THE ADDITION ARE INSULATED AND WEATHERPROOFED. ITEM 3 - DELETE ALL BOLLARDS FROM THE CONTRACT. ITEM 4 - THE GOVERNMENT AUTHORIZES THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE SITE SAFETY HEALTH OFFICER (SSHO) WITH THE CONSTRUCTION QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM MANAGER (CQCSM).
