THIS WILL INCLUDE ANALYTICAL AND STATISTICAL ASSESSMENT OF COMPONENT DYNAMICS AND CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ANALYTICAL SOFTWARE AND ACQUISITION SYSTEMS WHICH ARE CRITICAL TO EFFECTIVELY DEFINE NOMINAL COMPONENT DYNAMIC AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS, DETECT ANOMALOUS BEHAVIOR, AND ASSESS MACHINERY OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS.
