THE CLIP-ON DISPLAY OPTIC (CODO) PROGRAM OBJECTIVES ARE THREE-FOLD. THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE CREATES A FIELDABLE DISPLAY OPTIC, OR OPTICS, CAPABLE OF PROVIDING HEADS-UP DISPLAY (HUD INFORMATION TO ALL THREE TYPES OF DAY SCOPES: SHORT-RANGE / INFANTRY, MEDIUM RANGE / MARKSMAN, LONG RANGE / SNIPER. A SECONDARY OBJECTIVE ISSUES AN INTERFACE DOCUMENT ALLOWING OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO CREATE COMPATIBLE SENSOR TECHNOLOGIES AND HAVE THE INFORMATION DISPLAYED THROUGH PRE-EXISTING CODO HARDWARE. THIS OPEN INTERFACE IS KEY TO EXPANDING THE INTEGRATED SENSOR SUITE COMPATIBLE WITH THE CODO. THE FINAL OBJECTIVE CREATES A LONG-WAVE IMAGING MODULE, A GPS MODULE, AND THE INTERFACE FOR THE KESTREL ENVIRONMENTAL SENSOR AND STORM LRF, PROVIDING AN INITIAL OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY. - $24,820 - Tuesday the 4th of September 2012
