    IGF::OT::IGF OTHER FUNCTIONS: THIS CONTRACT IS TO STUDY THE LONG-TERM HOUSING OF COURT FUCNTIONS AT THE TOMOCHICHI FEDERAL BUILDING AND UNITED STATES COURTHOUSE IN SAVANNAH, GEORGIA. THE HOUSING DESIGN STUDY WILL EVALAUTE AND RECOMMEND HOW BEST TO MEET THE HOUSING NEEDS OF THE US COURT FUNCTIONS IN SAVANNAH FOR THE FUTURE WHICH INCLUDES RECOMMENDING WHICH FUNCTIONS SHOULD BE HOUSED IN THE CURRENT COURTHOUSE AND WHICH SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE PROPOSED NEW COURTHOUSE ANNEX. THE OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY ARE: DEVELOP STUDY AS A COOPERATIVE DESIGN EFFORT WITH ALL STAKEHOLDERS REPRESENTING THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS INCLUDING, GSA DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, US COURTS, US MARSHALS, FACILITY MANAGEMENT, AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION. VERIFY CURRENT REQUIREMENTS BASED ON STAKEHOLDER INTERVIEWS AND INPUT FROM CURRENT PROGRAM DOCUMENTS. DEVELOP VIABLE ALTERNATIVES AND OPTIONS THAT WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS DEVELOPED BY THE STAKEHOLDERS. INCLUDE REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF THE PROPOSED ANNEX AND ITS VIABILITY TO MEET NEW PROGRAM. INCORPORATE ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATIVES WITH ITS IMPACT ON ASPECTS OF PROJECT INCLUDING COMMUNITY CONTEXT, EXISTING STRUCTURES, HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE, COURT OPERATIONS, AESTHETICS, APPEARANCE AND COST. PREPARE STUDY FINAL REPORT IN FORMAT AND CONTENT TO PERMIT CONTINUATION OF PLANNING PROCESS. THE STUDY WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 180 DAYS OF NOTICE TO PROCEED.
