IGF::CT::IGF "CRITICAL FUNCTIONS" THE COMMON CORE OF DATA (CCD) IS AN NATIONAL CENTER FOR EDUCATION STATISTICS (NCES) PROGRAM THAT ANNUALLY RELEASES FISCAL AND NON-FISCAL DATA FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS, LOCAL EDUCATION AGENCIES (LEAS), AND STATE EDUCATION AGENCIES (SEAS) IN ALL 50 STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, THE BUREAU OF INDIAN EDUCATION, THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE DEPENDENTS SCHOOLS, PUERTO RICO, AND THE JURISDICTIONS OF AMERICAN SAMOA, THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS, GUAM, AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS. (FOR EASE OF READABILITY, THESE 58 ENTITIES ARE REFERRED TO COLLECTIVELY AS STATES THROUGHOUT THIS DOCUMENT.) THE DATA IN THE CCD PROGRAM COMPRISE OF FISCAL AND NONFISCAL DATA. IN ADDITION TO THE WEB, THERE ARE WEB SITE EDITING, AND PRODUCTION NEEDS THAT ARE SPECIFIC TO STATEWIDE LONGITUDINAL DATA SYSTEMS GRANT PROGRAM (SLDS) AND COMMON EDUCATION DATA STANDARDS (CEDS) GROUPS. THIS PWS SPECIFIES THESE SLDS AND CEDS NEEDS. IN ADDITION, THE PWS WILL ADDRESS THE WEB SITE NEEDS OF THE NATIONAL FORUM ON EDUCATION STATISTICS AND THE TWO ANNUAL NCES CONFERENCES. THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE CONTRACTOR SUPPORT FOR MAINTAINING AND UPDATING THE SLDS WEBSITE, CEDS WEBSITE, AND THE NCES CONFERENCES AND FORUM WEBSITES. ALL WEBSITES SHALL BE COMPATIBLE WITH SECTION 508 OF THE REHABILITATION ACT.
