PER THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS SECTION TITLED "SOIL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM DOCUMENT" THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE BCE ENVIRONMENTAL TO ESTABLISH ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONSTRAINTS. 2) THIS MODIFICATION ALSO PROVIDES COMPENSATION FOR GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR 9 CALENDAR DAYS DELAY TO THE CRITICAL PATH.
