(C) THE TOTAL OBLIGATED VALUE OF THE CONTRACT HAS INCREASED FROM $42,600.00 BY $90,312.00 TO $132,912.00. THE POTENTIAL TOTAL ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE CONTRACT IF ALL OPTION PERIODS ARE EXERCISED SHALL REMAIN AT $437,640.00. (D) INCORPORATE SERVICE CONTRACT ACT WAGE DETERMINATION # 2005-3025, REVISION #13, DATED 06/13/2011, IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.222-43. (E) ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED
