IGF::OT::IGF THE E-COMMERCE OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS SUPPORT (EOSS) CONTRACT WILL ACQUIRE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SUPPORT SERVICES TO PERFORM SUSTAINMENT ENGINEERING, ENHANCEMENT ENGINEERING, AND ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT OF THE TRICARE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY (TMA) E-COMMERCE SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS TO INCLUDE: THE ORACLE FEDERAL FINANCIALS (OFF) COMMERCIAL OFF-THE-SHELF (COTS)ACCOUNTING SYSTEM WITH CUSTOM EXTENSIONS, THE E-COMMERCE DATA WAREHOUSE (EDW) WITH DATA MARTS, THE CUSTOM-BUILT MANAGEMENT TRACKING AND REPORTING (MTR) AND EXTRANET APPLICATIONS, THE COMMERCIAL-OFF-THE-SHELF (COTS) PRISM APPLICATION, AND THE DOCUMENTUM APPLICATION WITH CUSTOM EXTENSIONS. THE EOSS CONTRACT WILL PROVIDE: (1) MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING CUSTOM E-COMMERCE SOFTWARE; (2) MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING COTS EXTENSIONS AND CONFIGURATIONS; (3) CORRECTIVE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE, INCLUDING ALL EFFORTS TO DIAGNOSE AND CORRECT PROCESSING OR PERFORMANCE ERRORS; AND (4) COORDINATION FOR AND TROUBLESHOOTING OF REMOTE DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY (DISA) COMPUTING AND NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE CAPABILITIES. EOSS CONTRACT PERSONNEL WILL CONDUCT REGULARLY SCHEDULED SOFTWARE ADJUSTMENTS AND INSPECTIONS, UPGRADES AND MAJOR REPAIRS OF APPLICATION COMPONENTS, PREVENTIVE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE TASKS, REGULARLY SCHEDULED OPERATIONAL TASKS, AND BREAK-FIX EMERGENCY RESPONSE. IN ADDITION, THE EOSS CONTRACT WILL PROVIDE: (1) MODIFICATIONS TO EXISTING OPERATIONAL CUSTOM SOFTWARE AND COTS EXTENSIONS; (2) EXPANSION OF EXISTING CAPABILITIES TO NEW USERS; AND (3) APPLICATION CHANGES MANDATED BY LAWS AND DIRECTIVES. FINALLY, THE EOSS CONTRACT WILL ALSO SERVE AS A VEHICLE TO IMPLEMENT E-COMMERCE MODERNIZATION PROJECTS TO INCLUDE DISA INFRASTRUCTURE AND NETWORK PLANNING. IN CONDUCTING THESE ACTIVITIES, EOSS IT SUPPORT PERSONNEL WILL PERFORM SOFTWARE AND SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, BUSINESS ANALYSIS, SOFTWARE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND INTEGRATION, COTS SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION AND MANAGEMENT, TESTING (INTEGRATION, UNIT, SYSTEM, AND USER ACCEPTANCE), DOCUMENTATION MAINTENANCE, SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT, SOFTWARE OPERATIONS, AND APPLICATION TRAINING. - $65,511 - Monday the 14th of November 2011
