ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM COORDINATING COMMITTEE (EMPCC) THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE STAFF SUPPORT SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH QUARTERLY MEETINGS FOR EMP-CC AND ADDITIONAL MEETINGS. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ADDITIONAL MEETINGS IS ANTICIPATED TO ENHANCE EMP IMPLEMENTATION AND COORDINATION WITH OTHER RELATED PROGRAMS WORKING ON THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER SYSTEM. . THE TOTAL COST OF THIS CONTRACT WAS INCREASED BY $70,549.85 FROM $134,995.00 TO $205,544.85. CLIN NO. DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT PRICE TOTAL 0003 OPTION PERIOD 2 1 $70,549.85 $70,549.85 B. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT IS INCREASED FOR THE OPTION PERIOD AS INDICATED: PREVIOUS YEAR CONTRACT AMOUNT $134,995.00 TOTAL OPTION PERIOD AWARD: $70,549.85 TOTAL CONTRACT AWARD: $205,544.85 C. THE CONTRACTOR WILL ONLY BE PAID FOR ACTUAL WORK PERFORMED. D. THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATION NUMBER 2005-2175 (REV 12) IS INCLUDED FOR YOUR INFORMATION. E. CLOSING STATEMENT IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT PURSUANT TO THE ABOVE, THE CONTRACT TIME IS AFFECTED AND THE CONTRACT PRICE IS INCREASED AS STATED, WHICH REFLECTS ALL CREDITS DUE THE GOVERNMENT AND ALL DEBITS DUE THE CONTRACTOR.
