A. THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO MODIFY THE CONTRACT SCOPE OF WORK AND SCHEDULE FOR PROJECT RE-START PER LINE ITEM NO. 0009 OF THIS MODIFICATION. B.
